I am writing this letter to let you all know what a great job my Realtor Gabe Cole has done for me.

. . . Immediately Gabe worked hard to impress and deliver results. Gabe proved to be a competent negotiator and always clearly articulated everything that was going on. Gabe definitely made the sale of my house an easy and enjoyable process while getting nearly the full price.

. . After selling the property, it was time to locate a new one. Gabe made the process easier than I had expected. He spent a lot of time upfront to identify my needs so that little time was wasted in reviewing properties where there might not be an interest. Finally, I found a property that met my needs. I owe it all to Gabe because the property was not even on the market yet . . . He was right again and he used his skills to help me secure my dream home at a price I could afford.

I don't think you can find a better realtor anywhere! . . . He was also very proactive in offering help in a few other areas after the sale where I needed help. I believe he does these things not because he has to, but because he wants to. It's all in the attitude - he really truly cares!

We never knew selling our home would be so fast and easy. Gabe explained everything thoroughly and made the paperwork so easy to understand. Gabe called us with an initial offer within a week of listing our home. It was a great offer and we were able to lease back our home until our new home was ready.
